PA BANGOR — Bangor Council approves $1.3M bills, honors fire-rescue residents. The Borough Council voted unanimously on January 26 to approve $1,288,048.44 in bills and received a proclamation from Congressman Ryan Mackenzie honoring Marine veteran Andrew Beaman, residents Alexander Harrison and Robert Sarnowski, and Fire Department members Christopher Kasebier and Heather Major for heroism during a November 27 residential fire. The board also unanimously approved Empire's Coffee to operate the Memorial Pool concession and appointed Dwight Danser, Amanda Snyder, Marc Sperling, and Zachary Maslany to various municipal boards.
